PHOTO TIPS
Here are some tips to consider before submitting your photos:
Quality photo retouching requires high resolution image (300 dpi). Therefore, files will be to large to send via email; please use the upload URL instead.
Photos must be in FOCUS.
Complex retouching of the face requires a close-up head shot.
Please make sure your directions are complete, concise and includes any special instructions or requests you may have for each photo. It is necessary that we know how you plan to use the image after completion. (portfolio, pageant, or just for personal use). We can do a wide variety of retouching and restoration from full enhancements (obvious retouching which is very noticeable) to moderate natural touchup, (retouching that is less obvious).
How to Submit:
Your files can be uploaded as a zip file at the: Customer Service Page “Note there are file size restrictions so if you have trouble please email us of any difficulties”
MAC platform: on your desktop apple bar click on GO and drop down to connect to server. When the server box appears enter in the above upload address and click connect.

Then email us at: requests@iowaroseproductions.com with your file names and your directions for each photo. (Please specify how you would like your photo returned or if you would like prints or a digitally saved CD mailed to you).
You will receive a quote within 48 hours, (usually less). Payment should be made through Paypal. Average photo retouching job costs $40. You will have a chance to preview our proof prior to accepting a final photo. Your final updated image will be mailed to you via certified mail unless otherwise stated. Mailing will be approximately 3 to 5 business days, after notification of your payment. Rush delivery is available upon request and would be next business day. Rush delivery is a + 20% additional charge based on the total amount of your sale.

We have the capability to convert your photos, memory stick and SD cards to high quality digital files and we will return your photos, or cars immediately after scanned. Please send them certified mail as we are not responsible for lost mail.
You may take your photo to your nearest Kinkos, Costco, Walgreens, Walmart, etc, and let them digitally scan the photos for you. Please make them aware that you need the resolution at 300 dpi or higher.
Remember to submit your email follow-up to us with your instructions for each photos.

By submitting an order, the customer certifies and confirms that he/she has the Copyrights to the picture or image. Under U. S. Copyright Law: the right to reproduce, modify, prepare, derivative works and distribute the original image, as well as authorize others to perform any work is against the law. The customer assumes all liability in this manner. Images with a imprinted copyright notice, must be accompanied by written permission from the copyright owner before any modifications can be initiated.
